 The allocation of our restaurant was not determined without reflection. Since 1968 most of the locals remember the place as the beer patch. Beer-lovers should come here from almost the whole city water of life was delivered in tanks, several of which were sold daily.
We were pleased to support this tradition, in connection with the decision to build a Czech brewery and a restaurant. Architectural zest of the restaurant building, it’s exterior and interior reflects the spirit of the old Czech breweries. The brewery with the productivity of 1000 liters per day is located at the first floor, as the kitchen and the main hall of the restaurant are located at the second floor. Unusual name of our brewery restaurant Brewer Dudek was given after one modest, but very talented Czech brewer Miroslav Dudek, who dedicated his whole life to the brewing industry. Old Czech brewery tradition passed from generation to generation, and Miroslav Dudek was not an exception and by the end of his long career development he passed his work to his descendents.
This project is a salute to the great merit of the Czech brewery culture, and to the tedious and difficult work of the brewer, which requires full devotion, that in a result reflects in the quality of the beer, that all of us like.
We offer you to feel the classical cycle of the preparation of the Czech lager beer together with us through the windows as on the first, as well as on the second floor.
